The agent never responds to tenants / landlord complaint.
They have taken over water meter charges from Dee Valley and now put it as part of management fee budget. This quite ridiculous as water charges varies and yet they are chagrin this as a fixed rate. This is a responsibility of service provide who are the Dee valley. Query why not take other utilities such as electric. Some owners have rented out their property and this is tenant responsibility to pay their bill. HLM will never give water bill to tenant and this can take up to six months or a year! They threatened by dee valley with legal action. Wonder why they did not blame this on Dee valley who are unable to give water bill on time! If you have a tenant renting your flat for six months you end up paying fir their water bill as landlord is unable to justify water charges. They have even refused to allocate water meter per flat stating the flat owners are responsible for as stated on tenants and landlord! Wonder why not check on other flat owner ps in regard to water payment. Each flat have a meter allocated but not this development. HLM is making profits from owners payment and this is why are not happy to have meter allocation for each flat.

HLM management is the highest you can find in Cheshire . This is the worst management company you would like to deal.
