I rented from AS for 4 years and had no problems what so ever, I highly recommend them as an excellent agent.
Check in, check out and everything in between was pain free and pretty simple, they were always so helpful to me, in fact I wish I never left as now I am with an agent who practically wants to know what you eat for breakfast! :-(
