This is the second time I have dealt with this agency, once as a Tenant and once as a prospective customer.
On both occasions I have found them extremely rude and incompetent. They do not return phone calls and don't seem to know what manners are. they seem to be old and miserable ladies who are not willing to help or be pleasant in any way.
I had a horrendous damp problem in one property and they did nothing to sort it, despite the wall being black sludge and culminating in myself contacting environmental health about the issue, they refused to even visit the property.
Most recently I enquired about a flat to rent, was first to make contact and promised a viewing asap and then chased up the enquiry the next day to be told the flat had been taken.
I strongly advise that you do not use this agency.
