Comfort Lettings are, without doubt, the best agency I have ever dealt with. My housemates and I have lived in two different 'Comfort houses' over a period of 2 years, and from day one Comfort were amazingly helpful and friendly, as well as professional. Their properties are of an excellent standard and, for us, they felt more like a home rather than a student house. Any problems/maintenance issues/ questions were always dealt with quickly (under 24 hours). The staff are also extremely friendly, approachable and efficient. Hannah, in particular, was amazing; I cannot praise her enough. She always went out of her way to help us, and did so in a lovely, sincere, professional manner. Hannah was also the first person I called when I was house-hunting for my postgraduate accommodation!
I highly recommend Comfort Lettings and definitely would not hesitate to rent from them again.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
