Absolutely rubbish survey on a property I was looking to buy. Full of mistakes and comments completely unrelated to the house I was buying. Unproffessional, rude. I paid a lot of money but survey not worth the paper it was written on.

Rip off. Avoid. Estate Agent said had many similar problems with this company.
