I have used this firm three times.
Firstly for a full structural survey. As a professional scientist I was highly impressed by the depth, clarity and attention to detail of the report I received. The findings in this report saved us from making a big and very expensive mistake.
Secondly for a valuation on a second house, which I discussed with the estate agent who agreed with it, and has now reduced the offer price to match it.
Thirdly for a valuation on a third house.
Both valuations were prompt, the office staff were very polite, and the surveyors were helpful to answer my questions.
I have also been told by my solicitor that this firm has a very good reputation, and she would trust their opinion.

Absolutely rubbish survey on a property I was looking to buy. Full of mistakes and comments completely unrelated to the house I was buying. Unproffessional, rude. I paid a lot of money but survey not worth the paper it was written on....
