Hannah and Josh have always been extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. They provided an excellent service and patiently waited for all three tenants in the house to come and sign the contract even though we could not all come at once as two of us were overseas. When we had issues in the house which required fixing, they sent someone straight away to fix it. The property we live in is completely renovated, comfortable and cosy. Comfort Lettings is the sort of agency that cares for its tenants. After several very negative experiences with previous agencies, I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
