I first instructed Gallant Richardson for property management eight years ago, since then I have had numbers tenants and have now two other properties. Gallants have been meticulous in their advice and actions with my tenants. Gallants re-issue tenancy agreements, check the properties and have recently enabled a smooth transition for the purchase of a property with an existing tenant. They are efficient, courteous and as a result I have never had cause for complaint. My tenants are happy this has resulted in continual rentals, therefore no loss of income. Gallants are happy to talk anything through and offer advice where it is needed.
I would recommend Gallant Richardson to anyone who is wishing to have a responsible, reliable agent in and around Colchester.
