I would not recommend Boococks Estate Agents. It's taken three years to sell my property. I originally dealt with someone named Janice - who at least I felt cared about me, my situation and selling the house. But in fairness, I've never felt they did anything other than stick it on Rightmove.
Janice left the business and Julie became my contact - but no one bothered to tell me this for weeks until I asked where Janice was.
I've found Julie to be cold, apathetic and not much help. The house has sold - but I don't attribute that to her competence, I simply had the luck of finding a buyer. The sales process has taken way too long - she certainly could have helped more with that but she admitted on one phone call she was more interested in protecting the buyer than me.
Considering I'm the one paying a fee for their services, I don't feel like Julie, or Boococks have ever given two hoots about me or selling my house. But they're quick enough to grab their fee straight away unsurprisingly.
If you have to put up with people who don't care about customer service - at least pick an agent who will aggressively try and sell your house and earn their fee.

I've had to reduce the price of my house by ‚£14,000. But the estate agent's fees haven't reduced accordingly.
