Preston Baker were recommended to me by my neighbour who sold their house with them - I was not disappointed with my decision.

Excellent service right from the start. Professional, competent and obviously up for a challenge. Surprisingly James Baker came round with Emma Healy and between them explained why they are so good at what they do.

I wanted a quick sale and to have accepted an offer within 5 days of my house being put on the market I was very impressed to say the least.

Emma was excellent and patient with me when I asked a lot of questions about how, and what was happening to get my house up for sale. She assured me that they were the estate agent to go with to be able to satisfy my asking price and quick sale, both of which I got!

Jess kept me well informed about bookings for viewings and feedback from potential buyers. She ensured that people took the time needed to view the property and had all the information needed about the property and surrounding area. In doing so this enables viewers to make a well informed decision about putting in an offer.

All staff are very well presented, knowledgable of their field, and respectful of their clients. Information provided by Preston Baker is clear and well written.
