We were directed to Comfort Lettings by word of mouth having never let a property before and having little knowledge of the process. Comfort have provided excellent service, advice and help at every stage of the process.
At the initial viewing Tom Kite explained exactly what would be required of us and what service Comfort would provide. There was no pressure applied to us to accept Comfort but their approach was by far the most impressive. No question was treated with contempt and either Tom or Josh Bounds were readily available to help with any questions.
We were really pleased with the survey Comfort completed and they managed to let the property within a week of it being added to their portfolio.
Comfort were also happy to provide contacts of various workmen that were needed to carry out some work within the property, all of which was completed at competitive prices.
Since the property was let, I have had contact with Tom and Josh to ensure that all is running smoothly with the let and that we are happy. I have to say that I am completely happy with Comfort Lettings and would thoroughly recommend them to any landlord.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
