we were very disappointed in the service we received from Crane&Co Michael Crane come to our house to give us a valuation he then tells you how much better they are from all the other agents we believed him, we put our house with them even though they were the most expensive yes they found us a buyer ,they told us they had checked out the 2 buyers that had made us an offer .We picked the one that said they did not need a mortgage this turned out not to be true .Once they have found a buyer that is the last you hear from them, on asking for them to ring you they don't . I put 2 messages on there answer phone asking them to ring me they didn't their excuse was the answer machine must have been full up. I would never recommend Crane & co they may find you a buyer but then its all down to you from then on. When you complain about not being informed about where you are with the sale they say oh haven't our progression team been in touch with you WHAT SALES PROGRESSION TEAM. I feel the £5,803.20 fee was not deserved by them in any way.
