Totally unprofessional. Maintenance, repairs & replacements itemised in AST did not even start until over a month from start of lease period. Complaints procedure shambolic. Documentation requested - not received.

Beware, make sure you have all conversations in writing with this lot - verbal communications denied!

Due to the low volume of complaints we receive we are well aware of this specific situation, and would reassure you that the matter has been fully investigated and re-investigated by an external department as part of an in-house procedure, in line with ARLA and The Property Ombudsman guidelines.
