What agent could do to change your mind?
Stay intouch we had all the finances in place and were the first to view the property, we should have been kept in the loop... but totally got ignored - not sure if Estate Agents do favours for a small fee... just not undertsanding how they get away with it.

For all the work thats involved regarding renting a property that burchell Edward has to do , I think that the fees are very reasonable as it requires a lot of phonecalls , emails and communication between the landlord ,the office and the potential tennent.
