Hi Miroslav, I apologise for the inconvenience and difficulties you are experiencing. Although I have spoken to yourself and your co-tenant regarding this issue I just wanted to clarify that this timescale is not unheard of in the deposit claim process. It can take up to 3 months for the deposit process to be completed and paid out.
