I have rented out a property through Bernard Marcus for over 10 years and have had multiple property coordinators manage the property. I have always been fairly frustrated with the limited service that they have provided and found that lots of problems weren't rectified. Hi Laura, I totally agree with your statement. They are extremely unorganised and don't care about tenants. I've made a formal complain at the beginning of my tenancy and one of the answers I've got from them is that they don't work for the tenants, but for the landlords. They have no shame in saying that.
