Covering from our head office in Ilford Essex, we have on-going professional contracts with local Councils and housing specialists. Areas covered include: London Borough of Redbridge, Newham, Barking/Dagenham, Waltham Forest, Havering, Tower Hamlets, Islington, Hackney and many more.
Our knowledge of the local area is exceptional, together with a well-respected and enthusiastic staff of highly motivated negotiators, Wentworth Estates can be regarded as market leaders. The supervision of Sales & Lettings is undertaken by senior personnel, so that clients can be assured of a personal involvement in all aspects of their selling experience.
With our traditional values, Vendor's and Landlords know they can trust us with their properties. Our on-board team of specialists have professional accreditations dependent upon their field. Properties are carefully maintained, however we endeavour to deliver beyond expectation. We also have professional tenants on our Home Let guaranteed scheme and a wide range of buyers/applicants registered.
We actively market properties locally, nationally, and internationally using a wide range of media from local newspapers, specialist publications, and our internet site.
Hours of business are: Mon-Fri 9am-6.30pm, Saturday 10am- 3pm.

I agreed a set monthly guaranteed rent so there are no fees as such. However, as I previously said I do not believe the repairs or not provided at cost and believe this is actually a profit centre for the company.
