Client Care/ Complaints Procedure:
We shall try to make sure that you are entirely happy with the service that we offer to you. If, for any reason, you are unhappy about the quality of service or any other aspect of the way we have dealt with you or your transaction, then we would ask you, in the first instance, to take the matter up with the solicitor with whom you have been dealing. Alternatively, should you feel more comfortable, of if you feel your initial approach has not resolved the matter, we would invite you to raise the matter with Robin Hill, our Client Relations Partner who is based at our South Clerk Street Office. Mr. Hill will discuss with you the nature of your complaint before investigating the matter and reporting back to you as soon as possible.
If, however, after investigation by the Client Relations Partner, you are still not satisfied, you are of course at liberty to refer the matter to the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission, 10-14 Waterloo Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3EQ (Tel: 0131 528 5111).
