Dodged a bullet there, mate. Terrible letting agent. Increase rent stupid amounts every 6 months. Always operate under implied threat of eviction to get you to do what they want (signing new contract, increasing rent). Very poor grasp of housing law and very greedy. Very poor when it comes to getting repairs done. I'm sure the landlords love them as they just see money rolling in and don't know half of what goes on with their properties. ...

Would never rent from Parkmans again. They were unhelpful and only interested in money including charging large amounts every 6-12 months to extend leases (they only do shorthold leases) Save yourself the hassle and stay away!...
