Orchard are brilliant. Chris Downey in particular was amazing through the whole process of selling our property. Chris achieved asking price in a matter of weeks. This was after being with another well known agent for months who was not nearly as helpful. Chris had great communication, clarity of where the process was knowledge of the area and good relationships with all parties involved in the transaction. He literally helped us moved some things out of the house! It was great to have one point ...

Chris' fees were also very well priced, nothing over the top at all and frankly due to his help and consistent assistance during the entire process we would have paid more even if he demanded it! Only slight disappointment is fee charged by the Inventory Clerk for rescheduling of handing over keys appointment - very unfair price quoted for a rescheduling of a 5/10min meeting - extremely mean.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
