The issue was not resolved, your director spoke to the tenat in the exact same disrespectful and condescending manner and made it obvious you simply didn’t care as long as you got your rent and took zero responsibility to resolve the issue and were unwilling to cooperate. Do not rent with Nicholas Humphreys and do not be fooled by them. ...

Thank you for your comments, we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Please could you email: [email protected] so that we may look into your property. All deposits are protected in a government scheme and therefore are only returned once all parties have confirmed any deductions which may arise. Otherwise it's passed over to a 3rd party adjudicator. All fees are clearly laid out in your contract, and late rental fees do apply where needed.
