Thank you for the review. I do remember the issues that you had which was a drop in our usual service level . This unfortunate problem was attributed to being short staffed over holidays, a late return of keys by the ex tenant and a very busy period. Again we are sorry for the problems and did rebate fees paid and we got another cleaner in by 6am the following day. Not our usual service and we will look to improve and avoid these problems in the future. ...

We have checked our records and have three applicants by the name of Short. None of the applicants had viewings in October. Around the same time we had a gentlemen report we did not attend a viewing when in fact we did. This person failed to attend a further viewing, is known to other agents for the same reason and has re registered as an applicant under a different name with the same mobile number requesting to view houses. Our agency considers the complaint false and request that its removed. ...
