We are very sorry that you feel this way, however unfortunately, given that your chain collapsed (as you acknowledge) we were compelled to place the property in question back on the market. This is common practice and to be expected within our duty of care to the home-seller. This is often unpopular if you have previously agreed an offer, but one of the unfortunate aspects of how the house selling process can sometimes necessitate. Best regards, Nick Rees ...
