We were in negotiation for this property at a very stressful time in in our lives with our family and grandchildren emigrating to New Zealand. It is of great credit to Hetheringtons and Richard Wells in particular that they did not add to our stress at this emotional time. I cannot praise Scott enough. The sale of our property fell through on several occasions which put pressure on the purchase of the property we were buying through Hetheringtons. Although the vendor changed agents we continued with the sale through Hetheringtons as they introduced us initially. The whole process was very traumatic and there were continual hold-ups and issues. Scott was fantastic! He looked after me so well, chasing my purchaser , contacting solicitors and easing the burden of the sale for me, the photos and general broucher where oh an extremely high standard and I would recommend him to anyone who is the the market for a sale or purchase....

Excellent service from knowledgable staff. They knew the market, they knew the area and they knew property. Which, having come from London previously was a big plus. I would definitely recommend using Hetheringtons....
