At first they seemed very professional. Smooth move into a rented property. Only later we realised our mistake.
Be very careful when using them, the maintenance manager Harriet has no clue about managing property. She lied to me to cover her back.
They had recent management changes but unfortunately seems the culture has stayed the same. DISHONEST AND NO CARE FOR TENANTS

They dont care about tenants.
Here is my advice:
1) INSURE the boiler with British Gas, cause if anything goes wrong - them and landlord will take no responsibility nor hear your side.
2) always EMAIL them any maintenance issues to show proof
3) Know a good LAWYER as chances are you will be involved in a legal matter. Chances are you will submit a case to the Property Ombudsman - This takes months to resolve
5) finally, most likely wont get your DEPOSIT back as they find fault in anything
My honest option, STAY AWAY !

Yes
