Management fees are fair at 10% (12% when you factor in VAT) but this is supposed to be for a full management service so why is there a tenant find fee of £50. I would have thought that finding a tenant was part of the service. Also I strongly object to having to pay to protect the tenant's deposit. If the tenancy deposit protection scheme is meant to protect the tenant's deposit against unscrupulous landlords then I would have thought that the tenant should be paying the fee, not the landlord.

I understand the fees though sometimes can be expensive as when moving in you have a lot of charges to start with. So has to be fair. I always keep spare keys with family so if I do get locked out I can always get in.
