We did think that the fees were a little steep as we was already renting through Bradley's and had to pay the same referencing fees again we thought maybe there could have been a discounted fee as we was already tenants with Bradley's. We understand that other agents also charge these fees tho and we was happy with the guarantor charge compared to other agents.
