I would be more than happy to reccomend Belvoir Manchester Central. Their landlord service is very professional. Any new tenant's are sourced quickly and moved in within a couple of days. Communication is always good too....

This tickled me so I though I would comment. If a landlord brought a hoover he would have to pay every year for an electrician to PAT test it. So a £50 hoover would cost £50PA to maintain..........Personally I would say this agent were very good and protecting their clients interest. So to Paraphrase "very good agent ! Super good agent! ...

Absolutely shocking. I would avoid using this estate agent at all cost. They cannot seem to engage with the customer unless the subject is money. They will happily take your money and then you won't hear anything from them. Impossibly difficult to track down....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
