Inconsistency throughout. Dealt with a different member of staff very time we called. After seller had accepted our offer, agent kept property on market and sold to another party. In addition we were not given the option to increase our offer, agent simply called and told us the deal was off. Very poor service, would not recommend.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Remove property from market immediately when sale agreed. Not enter into negotiations with another party after sale agreed.

This despicable company waiting until my pensioner parents-in-law had moved into temporary accommodation just opposite the house they were buying (to prepare before occupying) before arranging a gazump behind their backs. This company has demonstrated such low ethics and moral standards, we are appalled....
