We found all staff friendly, professional and efficient. There was no pressure or dishonest "sales talk." We received regular and honest feedback from viewings and a buyer was found in just a few weeks.
We were particularly impressed by Kevin`s cheerful manner and constructive comments to potential buyers. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. In the midst of the process I broke a bone in my foot but all staff were understanding and sympathetic giving me extra time and patience needed with viewings etc. We were sorry that we weren`t able to buy our new property through them as well as the sale.
The only downside was that we chose to take up their package which included reduced legal fees. We found that their recommended solicitor didn`t match their own high standards. I was forever chasing up incorrect information or papers that had been left out of correspondence. Although the mistakes were acknowledged and eventually rectified no apology was forthcoming. However, the solicitor`s bill arrived promptly and had to be paid before removal date!!
