Panos and Chris at Bradleys in Honiton have been a delight to deal with. After my elderly parents house was put onto the market last Summer, my wife and I found a house near us in Derbyshire for them, so we could look after them. We moved them up in October. Having an empty house in Devon was such a worry especially during such a winter of so many storms. We had nothing to fear as the house was regularly visited to check if all was Ok and report back any storm damage. They held the keys for us to enable viewings. They read meters for us when requested and even cleared away some unwanted items from the garage and shed. The sale proved difficult, mainly due to location and with many similar neighbouring properties up for sale at the same time, but they persevered and a buyer ultimately found with the right offer. The sale completed 30/4/14. All in all just great service!
