I initially dealt with Leanne and found her very professional and efficient. Amy promptly processed the application for the successful tenant's, and kept me updated regarding the progress of the application. The property was also let to the first applicant that viewed the property, I was very pleased with this outcome.
There was miscommunication regarding one or two issues with the property, particularly with the completion of the inventory by Ryder & Dutton.
Occasionally I did not get a call back when I had telephoned to speak to the Property Management Team, and it was noticeable that information I had left for the Property Management Team had not been passed on by the person taking the call. (I wasn't always sure which office I had left messages with, as calls were often routed through to various Ryder & Dutton Office's with available staff members to take the call, despite the fact that I had dialled the Chadderton Office telephone number. Whilst I appreciate that my call was answered every time I contacted Ryder & Dutton, when taking messages, the calls could have been dealt with a little more accuracy). I would have liked more notice regarding the date that the Tenancy commenced, but apart from that I am generally satisfied with the service provided. To re-iterate I found Leanne most helpful.
