Non existent, totally unacceptable customer service. Their contact number doesn't ring until after 17:00. Then a voicemail tells you that they are now closed. They do not respond to emails. They have used my account details to pay for another flat in addition to mine for 3 months. I have send them emails, called them etc to alert them to this. Yet nothing was done to resolve this. Only when I cancelled my direct debit with them did they respond by threathing to charge me extra if I don't pay them. Their last bill indicated that I was £3 in credit! The standard of repairs carried out is of a very low standard. Don't consider them. They do not derserve your custom. They may be cheap, but they are cheap for a reason.
