I presently live 200 miles from Honiton so it was important to have an agent who worked with me. Bradleys kept in touch by phone and email without being intrusive and fitted the viewing of "their" property in with other agents so that I only had to go down a couple of days to buy my property. Lisa was considerate, always asking if it was convenient to talk when she phoned, but mainly emailing me. Chris showed me around with care and consideration, never rushing me and being able to answer all my questions well. It was a very positive experience all around. It was such a shame that at the time they didn't have a house to suit me but my experience with them made me realize what was missing from the other agents. I had the courage to ask the other agents to treat me in the same way which they then did, but Bradleys needed no prompting. An all around great Agent.
