We were dealt with professionally and efficiently, always given feedback and action was taken when required. Communication was excellent, both with us and our solicitor. Tracking prgress, follow up and reporting back to us once the sale had been agreed was very helpful. We were kept in the picture. Julia was also very helpful but no room to add her here! We were pleased to be given a leaflet about house clearance by Hospice Care Devon which we used very succcessfully.
