We initially viewed two properties through Bradleys, both in EX14 area and although we were impressed with both we fell in love with 66 New Street. Chris was there to meet with myself and my partner on a Saturday, fitting us in at the last minute. He arrived early, providing us with instructions on where to park and was extremely welcoming honest and very open about each property, we instantly felt we had a good relationship with him. From the day that we offered to our (fingers crossed) completion date was only 10 weeks and although we dealt primarily with Chris, the whole team were always pleasant, well mannered, extremely helpful and really helped mange our expectations above and beyond what was probably required of them.
