I have found the Manager of the Helston branch absolutely useless. The first time we met him, i walked in to the branch and he was eating his lunch in the main office and knew nothing about the procedures or schemes available on this site. My partner and I had to call 3 times to get him to forward information to our solicitor (who's office is 30 seconds walk away from the Helston branch), each time we were given some rubbish story passing the buck as to why it wasnt done. I have called 5 times in the past 2 weeks and my partner has called the same amount of times, still unable to get hold of Mr. Gay. Everytime i have called i have spoken to someone who says Adrian will give me a call... HE NEVER DOES! I and completely fed up of the service provided! I am suposed to be moving in in 2 weeks.............. is it ever going to happen? And as to the story about Adrian on the website quoting 'Still as enthusiastic as ever with the knowledge to support.' - i think he may need to brush up on this!! Never again will i use Miller and Son!
