We always felt that you were available for advice and communicated very well at all stages of the process. The service we received was excellent and far exceeded our slightly cynical expectations of estate agents !
Thanks especially to Ashley who was with us from the beginning and Josh who took over in the later stages. Also to Steve for the regular feedback and the recommendation of a good solicitor at Kerseys. Also to Mary in the office for cheery booking in of viewings.
A personal approach from a smaller estate agent with far less pressure than from our dealings with larger more commercial companies.

We used Primedale after an unsuccessful attempt last year with another agent. The service from primedale couldn't have been more different. Friendly, professional service, where all members of staff appeared happy to help. Certainly not your normal 'estate agent' dealing.
