I have recently sold my house through Links estate agent. Due to the fact that I lived abroad and the house required some major external construction work before it was sold, the extra work provided by Exmouth Links staff was immeasurably first rate. The house sale took some time to sell due to it being vacant and the required substantial work putting many buyers off. Fortunately, the staff found me a cash buyer and negotiated a very reasonable fair deal for both the buyer and I. This essentially saved me much time, resources and some money if I had undertaken the work myself. A member of staff was always in attendance with surveyors, engineers and builders to ensure a fair market price taking the various quotes into account. In addition, all correspondence, meter readings and local community affairs regarding the property were conducted by Mark and his superb staff on my behalf...I never even visited the house during the whole process. Links gives a feeling of a smaller more personal business service, that is prepared to go the extra mile for its customers and possibly the best for me in over 25 years of buying and selling. This was certainly appreciated over the process of marketing the house to sale. It remains to say a worthy big thank you to Mark, Wendy, Tracie and Ryan who were always on the case for my sale.
