I first contacted Links to view two properties. I was sent through the details for both properties and a convenient time was arranged. Glenda then phoned/emailed me the day before just to double check that it was still convenient for the next day which was nice as I do get worried that I've got the time wrong or that people have forgotten about me. I was greeted by Glenda and shown around the properties, she was very polite, friendly and gave me a lot of information and ideas. I didn't feel rushed. I decided that I really liked the second property and she arranged to meet me there later on the same afternoon so that I could view it a second time with my family. They left me to think about things and advised me to contact them with any decisions.
I put in an offer which was accepted and then they left me to arrange my mortgage and other things. I felt their communication with me throughout the process was excellent. Even towards the completion date, we were in contact on a daily basis, either through email or on the phone and I felt that I could go to them with any queries I had.
I collected my keys on Saturday, Ryan was very kind and said that if I had any queries just to let them know. Overall I was extremely impressed with Links and would definitely reccomend them.
