When buying a property, I am usually very sceptical of agents as they work for the vendor and are retained to look after their interests, not yours. The freshness of the approach by Goldin Lemcke was wonderful; their philosophy of "Today's buyer is tomorrow's client" is a credit to them. All along the process they were helpful, efficient, transparent, calm and honest, working hard to iron out wrinkles along the way and ensure a smooth transaction. I will definitely use them when I come to move again and recommend them to all my friends.
