Kate was a consummate professional from start to finish with our sale. She gave great advice on handling some of the trickiest situations we had to face and obviously had a wealth of experience to draw on. She went above and beyond what should have been expected of her and we felt at all times entirely confident in her. She is committed, reliable, sensible and at all times approachable and I can honestly say I'm not sure we would have got a successful result without her. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her. She knows her stuff!
