I was unfortunate to have to spend 11 weeks and 66 viewings on my property with a large corporate agent in Hove without any offers before speaking to GL...why we didn't go straight to them is beyond me in hindsight. At this point I handed the keys to Matt and his team only for them to return that afternoon with two offers over asking price. Following a very difficult exchange with a very difficult buyer and solicitor our sale fell through.
GL were calm and considered in how we progress and put our property back on the market only to get us the price we wanted within a week of remarketing.
Having dealt with a number of agents in Hove there is truly no one better than GL and I would urge everyone considering selling their property to speak to Matt or Simon before approaching anyone else. They are professional, attentive and experienced and I dare you to find that with any other agents in Hove.
