The service I've received from Andrew at iMoveNewquay has been faultless throughout my time with them. I have been a tenant of theirs for 2 and a half years and they have always done everything they can to help. Every phone call or email is responded to within a couple of hours at most, but usually within a few minutes. Their attitude to their clients means you get a really personal service. Any faults with the property have always been dealt with the very same day and have not intruded on my personal or work life at all as Andrew has taken care of them for me.

Each time they have had to visit the property for inspections, building works or viewings they have contacted me beforehand to let me know and have respected my privacy. Their contact is always professional and friendly and they are experts at what they do. They provided the contract and inspected the property the same day I moved in, and assured me my deposit would be safe using the Deposit Protection Scheme. Some letting agents take months to provide this kind of service.

All of these actions by iMoveNewquay, particularly by Andrew have meant a long and happy stay in their property, and I am genuinely sad to be moving out! I would definitely recommend them to other and have found their service far superior to other agents in Newquay. Thank you Andrew!
