What can I say, Links in Exmouth were fantastic from start to finish!!
We were purchasing our property through links and were selling our property with a corporate chain of estate agents.
The estate agent we were selling through ( who I won't name) were NOT very good at all with updates, customer service etc and I found myself so very stressed and when things our out of my control I get anxiety.
LINKS however made everything smooth and calm. I remember one Saturday I received some documents in the post and typically the solicitors were closed and my selling estate agent was closed and I knew I would worry all weekend if I didn't have an answer to a question that was in this pack!!!
Mark from links went out of his way to help me (when he didn't need too, as it was from the selling part ) and I could then relax completely. A WOW factor in my case!!!
There was never a time that I felt alone or confused with the purchase, they were not pushy ( a BIG plus) and always would go the extra mile.
I work in an industry when customer service is the most important thing in the world, and LINKS are up there with friendliness, Informative, Kind and the list could go on!!!
If and when I move onto my next property, I will only go with LINKS in Exmouth. Forget the big corporate chains when you are just a number. Mark and Ryan will always look out for me. Thank you Gentleman.
