I have been a landlord with Sheraton Law, Clapham office, since 2007. Their overall level of service is excellent. They know the area and their properties very well. Sheraton Law "price" rents very accurately and pitch an advertised price which will generate interest and bids. Their web site is attractive and easy to navigate with clear photographs and concise, well written description of the property. Sheraton Law liaise well with tenants, landlords and prospective tenants throughout the lettings process and are very diligent with all the paperwork involved in moving to a successful, speedy re-let. The staff team respond quickly to email or phone calls and always offer constructive and helpful advice on all issues relating to running and maintaining a rented property including contacts with other support agencies and tradespeople. It is reassuring for a landlord to have such trustworthy, expertise and help on hand. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I thoroughly recommend their services.

Fees genuinely did seem to be kept to a minimum, and were by far the lowest of any agent that we came across while searching for a property. It was also made very transparent exactly what the fees were for, so nothing felt like it was just an agent trying to squeeze more out of you for now real reason.

I do think the flat is great, especially with the location and I’m disappointed you felt I brushed off any concerns.
