During the initial negotiation of fees the agency weren't over aggressive in trying to force a higher price on rent and were willing to go back to the landlord with the offers which we presented to them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
First confirm with the landlord or tenants and than book a customer, if they don't have a key... not just say yes for monday or tuesdays its wasting of time and now I am loosing a day just because of silly things.

Of course there is something that can be done. I have never been given a contract to sign, although We have been charged £150 (x2) and it was completely fine when you originally asked us to move out on 21/02. That doesn't sound like the end of the rent cycle to me. What you could do is be a normal human being and provide some sort of customer service and allow us to pay until the nearest weekend. Who moves property on a Wednesday? ...

What happens next?
If you have a complaint, please contact us with the details.
