From the initial valuation through to securing our sale, both representatives gave us excellent advice and support. The quality of the brochure documentation, management of then Open House were exceptional and they made what would normally a stressful exercise very easy for us.

For a long term customer who has used Prospect for last 3 to 4 tenancies, I would expect a reduced fee. The fee structure per T&C is complicated and needs to be simplified. PS: This is Prospect specific and no reflection on Tristan.

I'm coming from South Africa so these fees do not apply, only ladlords pay fees to agents. I believe the fees however to be pretty standard. But nonetheless it was clearly communicated and understood.
