Prospect as a whole have given us a good service, the only negative was the amount of the administration charges, something we nearly considered another property over. It is understood that this price consists of several other helpful services, however should we have seen another property to consider without having to pay that price it would have swayed us in their direction. The usual ‚£200 admin fee is far more affordable, especially when renting short term. I wouldnt consider paying the price of Prospects admin fee again.

I am happy to pay the fee on this occasion as a suitable tenant was found quickley. However I am of the opinion that the fees charged by the agents office are high and that many prospective tenants have been put off renting through them for this reason and go else where.
