mac&moy SOLD my property in Moy during the recession period , and I found them to be highly energetic and no nonsense.
the sale board went up, viewings were arranged AND they kept the buyer updated with all the information they gathered from our solicitor when at times some solicitors do not communicate so well!!!

Overall smooth process and as it should be

Note: all documents signed online !!! great way forward and no having to travel in and wait in an office when things are going online now, I could look on my phone whilst out and about.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Provide an efficient service. Do not take deposits if you can not provide a service. Given that, if they had have refunded the deposit I had paid when I asked I would have though nothing more of the inefficiency. They are obviously just dishonest.

To date no cheque has been received as refund (as you have mentioned above)..is this another Royal Mail glitch? And you still have been unable to answer any attempt of communication to discuss this. ...

I actaully cant belive im reading this!! in the middle of doing a deal with Michelle at the minute, and everything you seem to say is true..she asked us for £150 deposit that day..along with a further £200 a couple of days later, i wasnt sure weather to take the property either, but she did ring to say that there was other people to veiw the house and we needed to make up our minds very soon. Above all that, Michelle only does dealings in her car, as far as i can see so far. Iv been very weary ...
